We are a HIPPA compliant office. We use a Unified Practice a HIPPA compliant Electronic Medical Records program for storing all client information. Our HIPPA form guarantees you privacy and we only release records per each clients signed request.

We accept Cash, Checks, Credit & HSA debit cards for payment.
Full payment at time of service is expected
We provide coded Superbills for insurance plans which you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
You are responsible for contacting your insurance company and verifying coverage, deductibles and limits before your appointment.We may provide verification and billing through our billing service.
We do provide courtesy billing for some insurances if you have acupuncture coverage, however full payment is expected until coverage is confirmed.
House calls available. Travel fee applies.
